If you have received a letter before claim or a debt recovery letter we can ensure by using this service you wont receive a court claim
If you have received a court claim and have not dealt with and are still in time to deal with it we can guarantee you will not get a CCJ on your credit file.
In addition we can deal with any IPC Affiliated Parking firm where you have not appealed and you are within 30 days of the PCN issue date. We do this by using a loophole within the POFA Legislation 2012. The fee for this is just £20.

- £150 covers all steps required.
- £313 for the court application payable directly to the CNBC

- Please note any applications are at the discretion of a county court judge.
